We know it can be a big first step to decide to come to a new church. At FPC Newark we want you to feel comfortable and prepared for your first time. We want to let you know what to expect on a typical Sunday.
What to Expect When You Come
A warm welcome and a 1hr service.
A mix of traditional hymns with contemporary praise music.
A great biblical message
Coffee time fellowship after Sunday worship in person,
Adult Sunday School Class at 11am in person.

Youth and Children Involved in Worship
Children, preschool – 6th grade participate in the Sunday morning worship quite frequently. Every Sunday we have the lighting of our Christ candle including our students as acolytes to light the candle and say the opening prayer. Children are welcome to sit with their parents or join the youth ministry team at our children’s table with crafts and other elements to help them feel comfortable during the worship service.
